The Most Important Contact Information is an Email Address
While we all look for ways to improve our bottom line, the most overlooked area is marketing to our past patrons, clients, and visitors. It is proven that someone that has done business with you in the past, enjoys reading or Latest Mailing Database listening to information about you, your company, and your industry. Another small known fact is that most patrons will spend more money with you the next time they do business with you than they did the first time.
Most of us, work hard at creating advertisements that go out to the public in print, that needs to look great, get the prospects attention, and be compliant. We spend a lot of money just creating the advertisement, without the cost of mailing or putting that advertisement into print in the form of a flyer or a Latest Mailing Database newspaper ad. It is proven that an advertisement will be read, opened and viewed at a higher percentage by past clients vs. a prospect. So the question remains, why do we spend more money and time advertising and looking for the new client, than we do on the client that has already done business with us?
I have witnessed in my own business, that our return business, and referral business has increased with the addition of email campaigns to our existing customer base. This includes everyone from clients to visitors.
Our campaigns have included everything from industry news and trends, to product promotions. People like to know they are dealing with a professional in their field, who shares knowledge about their product Latest Mailing Database . They gain a great sense of confidence from that, making it easier for them to return to you and your company when the need arises. It also increases your referral business.
So we have come to the conclusion, that the most important piece of information we can get from our clients, and visitors is their email address. Why the email address over a phone number? Who in your business is going to sit down and call your clients about a new product or promotion, and if they do how long is it going to take? I can keep in touch with them at literally no cost other than our time to put an email piece together. So again, where do you want to devote your time, money and energy?
Coming to this conclusion, we wanted to have an email program that would give us the opportunity to present our company, and our products in the best way possible. We also wanted a product that would allow us to monitor our email campaigns.
After much research settled on a product that allows us to install video into our email as well as text, along with the ability to send Latest Mailing Database attachments. We wanted a system that would record who we sent our email to, if they viewed it, how many times they viewed it, if they forwarded it, and if they went to our website.
